Dirty Margaret, aka Maggie Conway, fell in love with House music almost ten years ago in her hometown of St. John's, Newfoundland. After spending countless hours on the dance floor, she was fascinated by the art of DJing and decided she had no choice but to learn how to mix. Her ever-evolving tastes and creativity have helped her to deliver high energy, floor packing sets blending techno, deep house and breakbeats (to name a few) and she's constantly searching for new inspiration and ways to create a lasting experience for anyone who comes along to see her.

Some of Margaret's first sets were played on the scorching beaches of Thailand and Vietnam in 2009 to travelers from all over the world. After making her mark in Southeast Asia, she made her Canadian debut at a Passion Party the same year and quickly became a resident of the long-running Passion Events Vancouver. Inspired by artists such as Beckers, Sebastien Leger, Extrawelt, Umek, Nina Kraviz, and many others, she's rocked clubs all over Vancouver as well as in Eastern Canada, and has warmed the stage of internationally renowned artists. Her hunger to keep her sound fresh and exciting keeps people coming back and always leaves them wanting more!

In more recent times, Dirty Margaret has been working as a DJ and event promoter under DirtyTown Productions, founded in 2010 and originally best known for their all female-DJ line up shows. Within the last couple of years DirtyTown has expanded to international bookings of artists from all over the globe .
